It happened indeed, yesterday. It is great to see snow capped mountains from the office. And the lab space looks good to.

09/11/2025—Tour de France

I met a lot of people across Grenoble, Marseille, and Montpellier. It was good to finally meet Felix Rico and Jérôme Wenger in person. Great news is that Didier Marguet might give me his own equipment. Let's see if we can write a project with Jérémie Torres on long range interactions. I also hope to start working with Irene Wang from the LIPhy. The idea of having a real lab is becoming more and more concrete in my mind. It's actually happening.

14/10/2025—Decision

I have decided to start my lab in France, painfully declining the offer in Sweden. It would have been nice to start my group next to Fredrik Höök, but it was an intuitive decision to go to France. Thanks to the ATIP grant and the Ernst Hodorn Fellowship, this will happen at IBS in Grenoble. Excitement.
